Luna Flow Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Luna Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the application immediately.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

LUNA FLOW IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE OR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. The information provided through the app, including cycle predictions, fertility window estimations, and symptom tracking, is for informational and personal wellness purposes only. Luna Flow should not be used as a method of contraception or as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding your health.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Luna Flow. If you are under 18, you should use the app with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Account & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. By using our service, you acknowledge that we process your cycle and health data to provide personalized predictions and insights. You may delete your data at any time via the app settings or by contacting support@apxlab.space. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

5. Subscription and Payments

Certain premium features of Luna Flow may require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through the Google Play Store. Subscription management, including cancellations and refunds, is subject to the respective platform's terms and policies.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Luna Flow. You also agree not to use the app to collect or track health data for third parties without their explicit consent, or to misuse the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws.

7. Accuracy of Predictions

Luna Flow uses algorithmic models to predict your cycle, fertile window, and symptoms. These predictions are estimates and may not be accurate for every individual. Factors such as irregular cycles, hormonal changes, medications, and health conditions can affect prediction accuracy. We continuously improve our algorithms but do not guarantee precision.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luna Flow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, APXLAB and its affiliates are not liable for any health issues, unintended pregnancies, emotional distress, or data loss resulting from the use of this application.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Luna Flow after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes through in-app notifications or email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where APXLAB is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in that jurisdiction.
