Luna Flow collects data to provide you with a personalized and accurate period tracking experience. This includes:
- Profile Information: Name, age, date of birth, and optional profile photo.
- Health & Cycle Data: Menstrual cycle dates, period length, flow intensity, symptoms, mood, and ovulation predictions.
- Reproductive Health Data: Fertility window tracking, pregnancy mode data, and related health notes.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and anonymized usage analytics.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your health data is used exclusively to power your personalized cycle predictions, symptom insights, and wellness recommendations. We use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our prediction algorithms and overall app experience. We never use your personal health data for advertising purposes.
3. Data Security & Encryption
We understand the deeply personal nature of menstrual health data. All your data is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption both in transit and at rest. Access to personal health metrics is strictly limited to your authorized account. We employ regular security audits and follow best practices to safeguard your information.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal health data to any third party. We may share anonymized, aggregated statistical data with research partners to advance women's health research. Personally identifiable information is only shared with your explicit consent, such as when exporting cycle reports to share with your healthcare provider.
5. Data Deletion Policy
You have full control over your data. You can initiate data deletion at any time:
- In-App: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete My Data to remove all your local and cloud records.
- Email Request: Send a deletion request to support@apxlab.space with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active to provide continuous cycle predictions and historical insights. If your account remains inactive for more than 24 months, we reserve the right to archive or delete your data. You will be notified via email before any such action is taken.
7. Health Disclaimer
Luna Flow is a wellness and tracking tool, not a medical device. Cycle predictions and fertility insights are based on algorithmic estimations and should not be used as a sole method of contraception or medical diagnosis. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice regarding your reproductive health.
8. Children's Privacy
Luna Flow is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@apxlab.space and we will promptly remove the information.
9. Your Rights
